From the first phone call to the final fitting, here's what to expect when you choose The Furnishing Workshop. Every blind, shutter and curtain is made to measure in our own workshop in Enfield.

1. Get in touch

Call us on 020 8805 8809 or send us a quick enquiry. We'll ask a few questions to understand your rooms, your style and what you need – whether that's one window at home or a whole school, office or new development.

2. Free home or site visit

• We come to you – we don't host appointments at the workshop.

• We measure every window and door.

• We bring our fabric books and samples so you can see and feel the options.

• We talk through what you have in mind and how we can bring it to life.

3. Your written quote

We give you a clear price and a plan of action – usually within 24 hours. No obligation.

4. Made in our Enfield workshop

Your blinds, shutters or curtains are made to measure by our own team. Lead time is usually around two weeks, depending on the order.

5. Fitting day

• Please be at home or at the office, or arrange for us to get in.

• Make sure all windows and doors we're fitting are clear and easy to reach.

• Our professional fitters install everything and leave it working perfectly.

Afterwards

We also service and repair blinds – including ones we didn't make – so if something needs attention later, just call.
